PRODUCTS & HUMOUR

Our products are novelty and gag items intended as jokes. Product pages show the exact wording and artwork you will receive. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed goods.

ORDERS, SHIPPING & SALES TAX

We ship to United States addresses only. Prices and shipping rates are recalculated on our server before payment, so the amount Stripe charges reflects current catalogue prices and the live shipping quote for your address. Customers are responsible for shipping and any applicable sales tax unless a specific product, promotion or checkout rule says otherwise. We may decline an order — for example if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any amount taken.

ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Cancellations are not accepted. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, with buyers responsible for return shipping costs. See the Returns & Refunds page for the complete shop policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Site content, designs and artwork are owned by JF Creative LLC DBA Stinkwrinkle or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, your order or this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Before starting any legal action, you and JF Creative LLC DBA Stinkwrinkle agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith. Either party must send written notice of the dispute to the other (to our support email or mailing address shown on the contact page), and both parties will work to resolve it for 30 days from the date that notice is received.

If the dispute is not resolved within those 30 days, it must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving St. Louis County, Missouri, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Either party may instead bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court. There is no mandatory arbitration.

Nothing in this section limits or waives any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
